Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist

Domino’s Pizza, founded in 1960, is a recognized leader in the fast‑food industry. We are seeking a dedicated senior environmental compliance specialist to support our Supply Chain Centers (SCCs) across North America. This role will coordinate environmental compliance activities, manage permit applications, conduct inspections, and provide training.

Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 (Remote Fridays)

Shift: Fulltime

Salary: Up to $75,000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience.

• Prepare and submit permit applications.
• Track completion of required compliance activities.
• Perform routine inspections and audits.
• Provide compliance training and develop training materials.
• Complete required regulatory reporting and track KPI data.
• Serve as the liaison for regulatory agencies on environmental compliance matters.
• Support root cause investigations and help close corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify regulatory requirements for projects, expansions, and new construction.

• Interpret and apply environmental regulations to company operations.
• Maintain local, state, and federal environmental permit applications.
• Track status of regulatory reporting submittals across North America and ensure timely submittals.
• Conduct internal inspections and audits.
• Partner with stakeholders on compliance efforts related to storm water, wastewater, air quality, emergency planning, chemical management, and waste management.
• Solicit, retain, and manage contractors to assist with compliance efforts.
• Develop and implement action plans to ensure compliance.

• Track environmental compliance KPI data and report to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory training deadlines are met.
• Develop training materials for office and field personnel.
• Support onboarding of new Supply Chain team members.
• Track required work for SCCs across North America.

• Proactively track regulatory changes and advise internal teams.
• Create and implement compliance roadmaps, policies, and SOPs.
• Build a network of internal and external contacts to stay abreast of changes.

• 3–5 years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering roles.
• Food manufacturing and distribution experience (preferred).
• Experience with in a multi‑site and multi‑state company.
• Problem‑solving skills with a solution‑focused mindset.
• Project management skills, including large data set analysis.
• Efficient management of large volumes of regulatory and operational data across multiple locations.
• Influence and drive results.
• Strong effective communicator – facilitation, written and verbal.
