Design and execute controls engineering projects, including PLC programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, instrumentation, control panels, and technical documentation.
- Program and test Rockwell PLCs using Logix5, Logix
500, and Studio 5000. - Develop schematics, P&IDs, control narratives, loop drawings, layouts, and BOMs.
- Configure Factory Talk View and Ignition HMI/SCADA systems.
- Engineer control panels, including component selection, load calculations, and enclosure layouts.
- Support project coordination, FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, startup, and operator training.
