• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and guests.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their event vision, needs, and budgets, offering creative solutions to meet their requirements.
• Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and vendors to develop customized menus and ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
• Supervise and lead a team of event staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.
• Oversee logistical arrangements, including venue setup, decoration, audio-visual equipment, and entertainment, to create a cohesive event atmosphere.
• Manage budgets and financial plans for events, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to drive repeat business and foster a network of industry contacts.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather feedback for future planning.

• Proven experience in event management and/or catering operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and performance development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Superior communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Creative flair with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
