Behavior Analyst – Total Spectrum, LLC
Join us as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer part‑time and full‑time positions, a generous $3,000 signing bonus, and a rewarding work environment with collaborative care teams.
Responsibilities- Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
- Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
- Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
- Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
- Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
- Ensure the safety of clients and others involved in each case.
- Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
- Analyze data/behavior and make data‑based decisions.
- Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
- Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
- Deliver individualized, person‑centered care rooted in the principles of assent‑based treatment.
- Master’s degree or higher in a licensed field.
- BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).
