Job Description

Willow Integrated Therapy has an immediate opening for a full‑time Occupational Therapist (other hour amounts are available) in Ann Arbor, MI.

Qualifications
  • One year of experience is preferred providing occupational therapy to children in a sensory gym.
  • New graduates are welcome; we have a strong mentoring program. Time working in a clinic and holding a full‑time workload is needed.
  • Experience treating children with a wide range of challenges, especially including Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism, Anxiety, and ADHD.
  • Specialty certifications such as Sensory Integration, Floortime, Brain Gym, feeding (SOS), and pelvic health are a plus.

  • The majority of our sessions are in person with a small percentage done via telehealth.

Responsibilities include
  • Complete evaluations.
  • Complete treatment sessions with home exercises provided.
  • Complete accurate charges/billing codes.
  • Complete POCs on a timely basis.
  • Complete discharge summaries.
  • Ensure patient goals are met in a timely manner.
  • Attend weekly one‑on‑one mentorship.
