D or clinical MS, plus hospital experience and Michigan license; BLS/ACLS as required.

The pharmacist will participate in rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring, patient education, antimicrobial stewardship, and quality improvement initiatives while supporting cost-effective, patient-centered care across age groups.
