American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week night shift assignment at a Level I/II Trauma teaching hospital.

• CT Tech unit with 8 rooms and a 1:2 patient ratio
• Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
• Night shift, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00
• Uses GE and Siemens CT equipment with PACS imaging system
• Epic EMR experience required

• ARRT CT certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience required
• Active Michigan (MI) license required at time of submission; compact licenses not accepted; license required if applicable
• Experience with GE, Siemens, and PACS systems required
• Proficiency in preparation and administration of contrast media
• Skilled in starting peripheral IVs and radiation safety practices
• Experience with multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and region of interest (ROI) measurement
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE protocols

• Perform a wide range of CT procedures including head, spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and vascular studies
• Experience with trauma imaging, coronary CTA, and brain perfusion studies preferred
• Perform special procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and aspirations
• Work within a Level I/II Trauma Center environment
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
• Former employees may return as travelers after one year
• All requested time off must be submitted at the start of the assignment, with no RTO permitted during the first week
