The Graham Hotel Systems is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and experience in housekeeping operations. Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back‑of‑house; ensure compliance with accident and loss prevention policies, health and sanitation standards, and achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Issue assignments to staff reviewing special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.
• Issue supplies/goods to staff at the beginning of shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
• Log items into the Lost and Found and maintain controls to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clean guest rooms on an as‑needed basis including but not limited to cleaning a variety of surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms overhead, bending and stooping. Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.
