Front Desk Agent (Part Time Weekends)
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. The role includes check‑in/check‑out, reservation handling, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
Base Pay RangeUSD $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
- Handle daily tasks such as checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- Develop the potential to move into roles such as Front Office Supervisor, Front Office Manager, or broader hotel operations management.
- Hotel experience is a plus; applicants should combine relevant education and experience.
- Work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday on a part‑time basis.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—reasonable accommodations available.
