NSF is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Total Rewards to develop, innovate, and administer comprehensive rewards solutions aligned with our culture and business priorities. This role provides strategic counsel and translates business strategy into actionable total rewards strategies.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager Global Total Rewards is responsible for the development, design, communication, compliance, and management of all global compensation and benefit programs. The role is a key strategic and operational partner who ensures programs motivate and retain diverse top talent, remain competitive, sustainable, and compliant with global laws.
Responsibilities- Develop, design, communicate, and manage all global compensation and benefit programs.
- Serve as a strategic partner, providing guidance on total rewards projects and new initiatives.
- Ensure programs provide motivation, incentives, and rewards to attract and retain diverse talent.
- Focus on continuous innovation to keep programs competitive and scalable.
- Lead effective, equitable programs ensuring market competitiveness and cost‑effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with global laws and regulations.
- Manage annual processes: benefits open enrollment, annual incentive program, job evaluations, and global market surveys.
- Interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate employees on total rewards philosophy, policy, and practice.
- Ensure consistent and fair administration of compensation and benefit programs.
- Streamline and develop new compensation and benefit offerings and processes.
- Develop tools/processes to monitor, measure, and analyze program offerings and emerging trends.
- Source and collaborate with technology partners to automate processes.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses and manage special projects as needed.
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring growth opportunities and career pathing.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years managing global compensation and benefit programs.
- Deep expertise in compensation and benefits strategy.
- Experience benchmarking, designing, and administering compensation plans including incentive design, job architecture, and executive pay.
- Experience benchmarking, designing, and administering health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and well‑being programs.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulatory compliance in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., ACA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, OHSA, Pay Transparency).
- Experience supporting a global organization.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proven ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluency in English.
- Compensation or Benefits certification.
