OverviewThe Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide consultation and support to the designated business units at Real Truck’s Corporate location. The role focuses on executing HR strategies that enable business objectives, covering areas such as safety, employee relations, engagement, & communications. The HRBP will coach supervisors & managers, advise employees on policies, procedures, compensation, & benefits, and contribute to plant communications.
CoreFunctions
- Provide HR planning support and guidance to leadership teams for a large site location.
- Work with site leadership to define and execute HR strategies that enable the accomplishment of business objectives.
- Facilitate organizational assessments that convert strategies into result‑driven actions.
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Analyze trends and collaborate with site leadership to develop workforce plans and process improvements.
- Serve as functional lead for local HR staff, overseeing daily HR responsibilities.
- Liaise with other HR functional areas such as benefits, compensation, recruiting, and payroll.
- Ensure utilization of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist employees with pay and benefit questions.
- Process FMLA paperwork and administer leave of absences.
- Support approvals of UKG manager self‑service module. li>Assist HR Director in initiatives that foster company culture and positive employee relations through strong communication.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends for local and corporate reporting.
- Facilitate employee engagement events and communications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience; manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Payroll Software.
- Licenses: SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS & talent management systems, effective verbal & written communication, problem‑solving, analytical skills, and understanding of employment law.
Physical Requirements
- Minimal travel may be required.
- Position involves sedentary work, occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs, standing, walking, and repetitive use of hands, wrists & fingers.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
