** Job Duties, but not limited to:
*** Architect and build the MLOps backbone of our AI products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Collaborate multi-functionally with team members, designers, and engineers to define and implement technical requirements.
* Deploy sophisticated ML models at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and high performance in production air-gapped environments.
* Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest ML/AI research into real-world applications.
* Lead the data pipeline—from dataset selection and preprocessing to quality assurance and model training.
* Lead experimentation and statistical analysis to fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and efficiency.
* Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

* Qualifications:

*** A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
* 7+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models for external customers—not just internal tools.
* Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, Tensor Flow, and Keras.
* Proven experience with foundational models and modern AI tool chains.
* Strong analytical skills and a track record of solving sophisticated technical problems.
* Excellent communication skills—you can explain sophisticated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated leadership in managing projects or teams, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
