Job Description:Job Summary
The Technical Solutions Architect will translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and integrated technical solutions.
This role involves designing end-to-end architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will lead large-scale projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply advanced architectural frameworks to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement enterprise-wide technical solutions that align with business objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate security and compliance requirements into technical architectures across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and data environments.
- Collaborate with IT, business leaders, developers, and security teams to ensure secure and efficient solution delivery.
- Evaluate and select technologies that support secure system integration, threat mitigation, and operational resilience.
- Develop architectural documentation, including diagrams, security models, and implementation guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to system design, data flow, and third-party integrations.
- Support incident response and recovery planning, embedding resilience into architectural decisions.
- Guide development and operations teams on secure implementation practices and architectural standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats, refining architectural strategies as needed.
- Act as a key client contact and project leader for complex, multi-functional, and multi-national solutions.
- Participate in strategic decisions, win-loss reviews, and contribute to thought leadership through conferences and publications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience designing solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Expertise in one or more technology stacks (.NET, Java, SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Azure).
- Certification in architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience with microservices, APIs, Dev Ops, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Architecture or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) highly preferred.
