I’m building a next-generation AI-powered home services platform designed to fundamentally reshape a $900B industry across the U.S. and Canada.
This is not a lead-gen site or marketplace.

The concept is the result of 20 years of industry experience, deep analysis, and a fully validated business model. The platform solves real, painful problems for both homeowners and service providers.

I’m now looking for a technical co‑founder who can join early, help build the MVP, and shape the architecture from day one.

Build the technical foundation of the platform (MVP and beyond).

Architect and develop the core system:

• AI/LLM integrations
• Microservices
• Backend infrastructure
• Frontend web/app
• APIs, data pipelines

Oversee product development and coordinate with designers/agents/tools.

Drive technical decisions around scalability, speed, and cost.

Work closely with me to refine product, roadmap, and feature priorities.

Prepare for future investor conversations (YC/NFX/VCs).

You’re a strong fit if you are:

Technical Expertise

Full-stack engineer OR backend-heavy with solid architectural skills.

Comfortable with:

• AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Replit Agents, RAG, etc.)
• Modern frameworks (React/Next.js, Node/Python/Go, etc.)
• Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Databases & microservices
• Can build MVPs fast without sacrificing structure.

Mindset

• Entrepreneurial — wants to build a category-defining product, not just code.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Passionate about AI, automation, and solving real operational problems.
• Thinks in systems, not features.
• Hungry, reliable, and ready to own something big.

Not required, but a plus:

• Experience in marketplaces/platforms
• Experience with home services, logistics, or SaaS
• Startup or founding experience
• Understanding of product business growth

This is a co‑founder position (equity only).
Equity will be structured fairly based on involvement, contribution, and alignment.
