• Program Leadership:
  Lead end-to-end development, planning, and execution of large-scale technical programs within Azure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Software/Hardware Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Product groups to align goals and drive solutions.
• Strategy &
  
  Roadmap:
  
  Define technical strategy, create roadmaps, and set vision for Azure features, platforms, or infrastructure growth (e.g., AI, Storage, Capacity).
• Risk & Dependency Management:
  Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, proposing data-driven solutions and mitigations.
• Execution & Delivery:
  Manage project schedules, define success criteria, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Communicate progress, strategies, and results to leadership and key partners.
• Process Improvement:
  Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Strong background in software/hardware engineering with deep understanding of cloud tech.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and drive results with autonomy.
• Expertise in areas such as AI/ML, Data Centers, Storage Platforms, or Compliance.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and performance metrics.

• Azure AI/ML:
  Driving AI model deployment, infrastructure, and integration.
• Azure Storage:
  Scaling storage platforms, managing availability, and defining features.
• Azure Capacity:
  Managing large-scale growth, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Azure Compliance:
  Executing audit projects and developing compliance strategies.
