Core Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end development, planning, and execution of large-scale technical programs within Azure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Software/Hardware Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Product groups to align goals and drive solutions.

  Define technical strategy, create roadmaps, and set vision for Azure features, platforms, or infrastructure growth (e.g., AI, Storage, Capacity).
• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, proposing data-driven solutions and mitigations.
• Execution & Delivery: Manage project schedules, define success criteria, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, strategies, and results to leadership and key partners.
• Process Improvement: Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Focus Areas:

• Strong background in software/hardware engineering with deep understanding of cloud tech.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and drive results with autonomy.
• Expertise in areas like AI/ML, Data Centers, Storage Platforms, or Compliance.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
