Job Overview
Our client is seeking Network Conversion Technicians to upgrade networking equipment across the country by the end of 2026. The role involves working with onsite contacts to remotely convert from the old network to the new network and conduct test orders to validate the conversion.
Responsibilities- Remote conversion of networking equipment at client locations, following detailed documented steps and prewritten scripts.
- Walk through necessary steps with onsite contacts over the phone to perform conversions.
- Conduct test orders to validate successful conversions.
- Escalate any networking issues to the network team, ensuring they are not configured by the technologist.
Monday-Thursday from 11:30 pm – 9:30 am. Each shift requires converting three onsite locations (estimated 3 hours per conversion).
Skills & Qualifications- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles.
- Solid knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Strong communication and ability to explain directions to onsite contacts.
- Capable of remote troubleshooting and using scripts/automation.
- CompTIA certifications are desirable.

Fully onsite position in Ann Arbor, MI.
PaySalary range: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour.
