As a Salesforce Senior Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering Salesforce solutions around business processes to clients. This role is for someone experienced in working with business stakeholders and guiding them through best practices for using Salesforce to automate and optimize business processes. You will wear many hats on the projects and may be responsible for requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support.

As a Senior Salesforce Analyst, you will work alongside Consultants, Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy solutions all while
learning and growing your skillset.

• Implementing Salesforce configuration as per design documentation by creating
  customs objects, fields, page layouts, simple automation, field validations, security
  reports and dashboards
• Collaborating with project team members to test and verify solutions meet business
  requirements
• Creating project documentation including personas, business process flows,
  architectural diagrams in the Solution Design Document (SDD), requirements in the
  Configuration Workbook (CW) and User Acceptance Training(UAT)
• Demonstrating knowledge of Salesforce solutions during key meetings with clients by
  leading Discovery sessions, Sprint Reviews, UAT and Training sessions
• Utilizing expert knowledge in sales, service, and marketing, as well as industry-specific
  business knowledge where applicable, to support the clients’ project needs
• Translating business requirements into Salesforce data models and roles using entity
  relationships diagrams (ERDS)
• Implementing projects with Torrent Consulting’s project management practices
• Providing leadership support to team members and the business by collaborating with
  peers on solutions and best practices.
• Utilizing specialty product (CPQ, FSL, Pardot, etc.) knowledge to advise customers and
  design and build systems
• Identifying, managing and escalating project risks and issues appropriately

• Willingness and ability to travel periodically (on average 25% of the time) to client sites,
  sometimes on short notice

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience or equivalent Consulting experience preferred
• 4 Salesforce certifications preferred:
  ○ Salesforce Administrator
  ○ Certified App Builder
  ○ One of the following:
  • • Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Service Cloud Consultant
    • Health Cloud Accreditation
    • One Other Specialist/Consultant Certification

• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another
