In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Join Epic’s legal team as an In-House Litigation Attorney. This role is based on our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. Epic provides financial relocation assistance.
Responsibilities- Manage litigation and regulatory matters
- Counsel Epic on legal risks as the company expands its offerings
- Conduct oral arguments, draft motions and briefs, and lead settlement negotiations
- Provide strategic guidance on an evolving competitive landscape
- 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases
- Strong academic and professional background
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
- Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus
- Relocation to Madison, WI required and fully reimbursed
- COVID-19 vaccination required
