We are working with a well-established Michigan law firm to identify a Litigation Attorney to join its Ann Arbor office
.

This role supports a healthcare-focused litigation practice and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters in a collaborative, high-quality law firm environment.

• Handle commercial litigation matters involving healthcare-related clients
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and support overall case strategy
• Work directly with clients and collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining responsiveness and attention to detail

• Strong background in commercial litigation
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and complex matters efficiently
• Active admission to the Michigan Bar (required)
• Healthcare or regulatory-related experience is helpful but not required
