• Research, write, and maintain practical legal content that aligns with market practices and customer needs
• Review and edit content created by colleagues or external contributors to ensure quality and accuracy
• Stay updated on legal and market developments to ensure content remains relevant
• Support the development of AI‑powered legal solutions using your legal expertise
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure content reflects current market practices

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer with a proven track record in leading complex deals
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law and in-depth understanding of Delaware corporate statutes
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and concisely
• Experience using AI tools in legal work and adaptability to new technologies

• Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies
• Familiarity with drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and related corporate documents
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and effectively in teams
• Passion for exploring the intersection of AI and legal practice
• Strong technical skills and ability to utilize various tools for enhanced productivity
