This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney based in Ann Arbor, MI. The role involves managing cases and providing legal counsel related to medical malpractice. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting necessary legal documentation, offering sound legal advice, and engaging in negotiations. The attorney will collaborate with clients, peers, and other stakeholders to achieve the best legal outcomes.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Law with a strong understanding of Medical Malpractice and related legal proceedings
- Experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Skills in providing clear, practical Legal Advice to clients across diverse situations
- Strong ability in Research and analysis to support case strategies and client consultation
- Effective Negotiation skills for dispute resolution and client advocacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan
- Previous legal experience in medical malpractice or healthcare law preferred
