GDI is seeking a Senior Estimator for remote work based in the United States to lead detailed cost estimates for complex commercial facility maintenance bids. You will analyze RFQs, specs, site data, and labor requirements while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to shape pricing strategy.
You will develop labor models, cost breakdowns, and risk assessments, guiding a dispersed U.S. Estimation team. Travel may be required to support bid activities and site visits.
