Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a bold, comprehensive strategy to accelerate global growth.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving profitability and operational excellence.
• Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, retailers, influencers, and regulatory bodies.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance differentiation, speed, and customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a VP, GM, or senior executive in the supplements, food, or consumer products industry.
• 10+ years of senior management experience with a track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about making a difference.
• Expertise in international business development, commercialization, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of global regulatory standards and compliance.
• Hybrid work arrangement based at NSF Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI.
