Job Description

The Store Innovation Manager works with the Store Innovation Team to design, trial and implement innovations for Domino’s. The role represents Operations, ensures maximum field adoption, and aligns projects to system‑wide benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Innovation projects (50%):
    Drive projects from ideation to general availability, execute the Stage Gate process, manage opportunity analysis, ensure win‑win solutions, balance scope, cost and timelines, and support the long‑term strategy of DomOS.
  • Project Management & Cross‑Functional Partnership (35%):
    Act as a liaison between Innovation, Operations and Technology, lead or support cross‑functional teams, define scope, timelines, and success metrics, consult on operational impacts, and maintain clear visibility of risks and milestones.
  • Product Management & Lifecycle Leadership (15%):
    Define product requirements, translate operational insights into features, own product lifecycle from concept to post‑launch optimization, prioritize roadmap decisions, and monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a related industry.
  • Operations knowledge or proven desire to gain operations expertise through store experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including limited extended trips during piloting phases.
