• Move fast, stay sharp.Price, appraise, and position inventory with urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Run a clean operation.Inventory accuracy, reconditioning standards, deal structure, and compliance all matter here.

• Proven success managing a high-volume, high-performance used car operation
• Confident closer who understands how to structure clean, profitable deals
• Strong working knowledge of VAuto and modern inventory tools
• Naturally outgoing, competitive, and comfortable leading people
• Detail-oriented with the ability to move at a quicker-than-normal pace
• A servant leader who holds people accountable while having their back

BMW experience is a plus, but leadership, urgency, and execution matter most.
