Campaign Manager, Management

We need a Campaign Manager who can hit the ground running and help us deliver on ambitious goals this year. What Retail Technologies is really offering: $85,000 - $129,000 for 7 years of Innovation, plus growth that does not stall at the door.

• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date
• Own the boring middle of a project, not just the kickoff
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Map the handoffs between MI teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks
• Keep showing up for the Ann Arbor, MI work after the launch buzz fades
• Spot where Goal Setting breaks before it shows up in a dashboard

• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output
• Comfort steering general conversations toward a decision
• Pattern recognition earned across many general engagements
• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• Demonstrated calm when an Ann Arbor, MI client changes scope mid-stream
• Manager mastery of Goal Setting, validated by people who'd hire you again

The team at Retail Technologies is small, goal-oriented, and entirely convinced that Ann Arbor is the best place to reinvent general. Ownership runs deep here: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks, from your first week as a Campaign Manager.

We hand you $85,000 - $129,000, a growth plan, a mentor, and benefits, then let you flex your week to fit Ann Arbor the way you like.

Demand on the general team has us moving fast to fill this seat.
