Manufacturing Engineer / Plant Engineer/Process Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing, developing, and testing tooling, machinery, and equipment
  • Troubleshooting equipment, processes, and quality issues
  • Creating and maintaining detailed layouts for buildings, equipment, and production lines
  • Leading manufacturing launches for new/revised products, including training teams
  • Applying statistical methods to enhance quality, reduce costs, and boost efficiency
  • Researching and developing innovative manufacturing processes and workflows
About You
  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Engineering degree with experience in manufacturing or process improvement
  • Skilled in Auto Desk Inventor or similar 3D CAD software
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment requiring physical activity
