Position Summary

The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.

  • $17.00 and up to start!
  • Set shift schedules:
    Monday – Thursday (6:00am – 4:30pm)

Core Functions
  • Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
  • Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
  • Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
  • Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
  • May work at different workstations as production needs require.
  • Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • 1‑3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
Required Licenses
  • None.
Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

  • None.

Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Individual Contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
  • This position is subject to medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Physical Activities
  • Reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Visual Acuity
  • Required visual acuity for operating machines such as lathes, drill presses, power saws, and mills; performing mechanical or skilled trade tasks of a non-repetitive nature such as carpentry, technicians, service people, plumbers, painters, mechanics, etc.
Working Conditions
  • Subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
