For almost 35 years, our client has been manufacturing high quality products. They serve multiple customers across the globe and continue to grow. Their plant is fast‑paced with multiple processes. They offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, prescription, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, education assistance and more! They are looking to add a Planner/Scheduler to their team.

• Working with customers and suppliers
• Planning and optimizing flow of materials, components and related materials
• Ensuring smooth production for new products
• Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled by ensuring enough product in-house and with supplier
• Issuing orders to suppliers
• Inputting customer orders and forecasts into the system
• Monitoring negative and overstocked inventory
• Process RMAs to suppliers
• Tracking all open and past due orders
• Completing inventory adjustments
• Assisting with physical inventory and cycle counts

• A degree or at least 4 years of previous planning/scheduling experience within manufacturing, ideally automotive
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail; be a team player
• Have experience with Kanban
