Hourly range for Registered Nurses $41.78-$64.81 / hour
Evening Shift Differential-$3.00 / hour
Night Shift Differential- $4.00 / hour
Day Shift Weekend Differential- $2.90 / hour
Evening Shift Weekend Differential- $5.90 / hour
Night Shift Weekend Differential- $6.90 / hour
Charge Nurse Differential- $1.00 / hour

7W is an acute care unit that cares for adult hematology/oncology patients; specifically, bone marrow and blood stem cell transplant (BMT), leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, aplastic anemia, & immune and genetic diseases. We also care for gynecologic oncology patients. We provide world class care for the patient and the patient's family using a team approach. Our BMT program, one of the largest in the country, is internationally known for research to make transplant safer and more effective.
All nurses on this unit receive required, hospital based training, competency check off for chemotherapy administration and EKG interpretation training. We have telemetry capability to provide the highest possible level of care for our patient population.
8E is an acute care unit that cares for adult surgical patients
- Endocrine surgery and benign Gynecologic surgery and Gynecologic Oncology patients. Also medicine hematology patients including blood cancers- leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, blood diseases- aplastic anemia, immune and genetic diseases. All nurses on this unit receive required, hospital based training, competency check off for chemotherapy administration and EKG interpretation training. We have telemetry capability to provide the highest possible level of care for our patient population.
We are located in the C.S. Mott Children's and Von Voigtlander Women's Hospital- A state of the art facility. The University of Michigan Health is a Magnet recognized hospital. We have recently been named #1 hospital in Michigan!

Required Qualifications *Current Michigan RN license for all candidates that have passed the NCLEX.
GN applicants will be considered for this position, but must pass NCLEX prior to start date.

BSN preferred
Two to Five (2-5) yrs Oncology experience
Two to five (2-5) yrs surgical post-op experience
Recent telemetry experience
Hours:
36 hours per week, 2 of 4 weekends per schedule

Combination of 8 & 12 hour shifts
Home Unit will be 7W.
