Benefitsand Compensation
Competitive hourly salary: $41.78‑$64.81 per hour
Shift differentials:
- Evening Shift Differential: $3.00 / hour
- Night Shift Differential: $4.00 / hour
- Day Shift Weekend Differential: $2.90 / hour
- Evening Shift Weekend Differential: $5.90 / hour
- Night Shift Weekend Differential: $6.90 / hour
- Charge Nurse Differential: $1.00 / hour

- Provide nursing care to the pediatric pulmonary patient population.
- Assist providers with the care of clinic patients, inclusive of treatments, assessments, and patient care orders.
- Manage telephone triage and call coordination with patients, families, clinicians and other health‑care team members.
- Collaborate with other health team members and resource persons to provide continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Function independently and be highly motivated to provide excellent care and patient advocacy.

Required Qualifications *- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse to practice in the state of Michigan.
- One (1) year ambulatory care clinic experience within pediatrics, including inbox management and telephone triage.
- Minimum of three (3) years recent RN experience within the last five (5) years in direct patient care with pediatric patients.
- BLS Certification.
- Experience in pediatric pulmonary.
- Certification in ambulatory care nursing (AMB‑BC).
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
Salary & Nursing Framework Level:
LEVEL C
Actual nursing framework level and salary will be determined at the time of hire.
