Hourly range for Registered Nurses: $41.78–$64.81 per hour
- Evening Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour
- Night Shift Differential: $4.00 per hour
- Charge Nurse Differential: $1.00 per hour
- Day Shift Weekend Differential: $2.90 per hour
- Evening Shift Weekend Differential: $5.90 per hour
- Night Shift Weekend Differential: $6.90 per hour

- RN will rotate between Pre op, Phase I, Phase II, extended stay, short stay unit
- Provide patient/family education
- Charge nurse responsibilities on unit as assigned
- Provides family centered care through collaboration with all members of the health care team
- Participates with health care team for problem solving in area of care
- Demonstrated high personal and professional motivation to provide excellent care
- Demonstrated communication for patient advocacy
- Demonstrated ability of effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing needs and priorities on unit, department, and institutional goals/objectives.
- Demonstrated accountability and dependability, e.g., completion of work, mandatories, goal setting within established timelines.
- Excellent attendance record as evidenced by references and evaluations.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to seek constructive approaches to resolving workplace issues.
- Demonstrated willingness to support and participate in change based on unit, department, and institutional goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to direct nursing practice and apply nursing judgment to a variety of situations.
- Demonstrated recent experience with continuous quality improvement projects
- Willingness to serve on unit committees to improve patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to care for patients following ASPAN staffing guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a multidisciplinary team with the goal of service excellence and Family Centered care.
- Ability to present a positive image of the facility.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrates consistent critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrates accountability/dependability as evidenced by completion of mandatories and department‑based competencies within an established time frame.
