Floater position within the Trinity Health Ann Arbor Nursing Resource Pool.

The Nursing Resource Pool offers increased flexibility in scheduling while allowing you to float only at Trinity Health Ann Arbor. We support employees with a focused orientation and training on equipment, processes, and procedures, making our float pools reliable resources for our units and improving patient ratios.

Under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager, you provide support for patients, visitors, and colleagues on assigned nursing units. You facilitate efficient patient throughput including admissions, discharges, and transfers, support patient experience and a culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, supplies, and unit appearance, and provide reception‑type services to patients, families, visitors, and other unit guests.

Education:

Requires high‑school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Three to six months of previous related experience.

Customer service, retail, or clerical experience.
