Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to travel to patients' homes, supporting recovery and enabling care in the comfort of their own environment. You'll educate families to reach health goals and provide case management for an interdisciplinary team.
RNs must hold a state license, have at least two years of experience (home health preferred), a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS certification. This role is field-based and requires on-the-road work.
