Looking for a veterinary practice that combines top-notch care, a fun, supportive team, and a work-life balance that actually works? We’ve got just the place for you. Atlas have partnered with a highly respected, independent hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, looking for an Associate Veterinarian who’s ready to jump into a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where your skills are truly valued.

With nearly 50 years of serving the community and consistently earning AAHA accreditation, this clinic has built a solid reputation for exceptional patient care and client relationships. The clinic is cozy and efficient, featuring six exam rooms, two treatment areas, a combined dental and treatment space, an X‑ray area, and a fully equipped surgery suite. The practice has a strong focus on advanced dentistry, they even accept referral cases from other practices around the state, making them the go‑to spot for dental expertise.

Here, you’ll enjoy a full spectrum of veterinary services, including preventative care, dental procedures, surgery, and diagnostics. The clinic prides itself on offering hour‑long appointments for new clients, puppies, kittens, and anxious pets, ensuring each patient gets the attention they deserve. There’s also plenty of time for client education—because they believe in not just treating pets but teaching clients how to give them the best care.

The team is tight‑knit and fun‑loving, with a great mix of experience. You’ll work alongside four doctors, highly skilled LVTs, and an amazing support staff—all committed to making the practice a fantastic place to work. Many of them have been with the practice for over a decade, which speaks volumes about the positive, drama‑free, collaborative culture they’ve built.

As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll enjoy a four‑day workweek, with rotating Saturday shifts (just one to two Saturdays a month). You’ll have your own surgery day, but there’s flexibility when it comes to surgical preferences. Appointments are half‑hour long, with an extra hour for new clients and those anxious pets who need a little more TLC. There are no overnight shifts, and any emergency cases that require overnight care are referred to specialty clinics.

They’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll be practicing high‑quality medicine in a collaborative environment, so if you’re someone who enjoys a little independence but loves working with a strong team, you’ll feel right ong communication skills and a passion for client education are key!

In return, you’ll receive a competitive base salary, healthcare, dental, and vision insurances, life insurance, and professional liability insurance. You’ll also get fully covered licensing fees and three weeks of paid time off each year, plus flexible continuing education support with no strict budget.

If you’re looking for a place where you can practice great medicine, grow professionally, and be part of a team that values balance and fun, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Reach out today to learn more about this amazing position in Ann Arbor!
