Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

• Oversee service in the Front of House
• In conjunction with all management, enforce compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility
• Oversee/approve all Front of House side work
• Provide/oversee thorough training
• Work during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
• Manage through “hands on” supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
• Ensure 100% table visitation of customers to gather customer insights and assist Service Manager in developing a sales strategy to improve customer experience and drive sales.
• Lead by example to help develop employees and assistants.
• Help to cross-train employees
• Oversee scheduling of designated departments, as directed by the Service Manager
• Develop promotions (incentives) to drive sales and conduct alley rallies, as directed by Service Manager
• Manage compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
• Ensure that the cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of our guests are maintained at all times
• Help to control the guest flow
• Assist with liquor inventory & ordering
• Assist Local Store Marketer with building sales
• Maintain culture of the restaurant and living our core values every day; passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
