Shift Manager - Starting Up to $20/Hour Based on Experience & Availability (Ann Arbor--W. Stadium Blvd.)

This position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment decisions.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain excellent Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform various tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, maintaining safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure continuity. They may also be responsible for meeting target metrics and supporting departmental goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
