Carson's American Bistro – Kitchen Supervisor
Position OverviewJoin our Culinary / Back of House team in supporting the Kitchen Manager in ensuring that we can execute our guests meals to perfection, every time.
Responsibilities- Prepare, cook, and garnish food in a leadership role within the kitchen.
- Support the Kitchen Manager and manage restaurant back‑of‑house teams.
- Assist with assistant manager duties as part of the restaurant management team.
- Maintain quality and consistency of menu items.
- 2‑5+ years of cook/culinary experience.
- Previous Kitchen Supervisor or Lead Line Cook experience preferred.
- Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience preferred for this Heart of House role.
