• Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, customizing orders as requested
• Describes product details to customers
• Receives and processes customer payments
• Serves prepared foods and baked goods including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, or bagels
• Ensures customer service stations are properly stocked with paper products or beverage preparation items
• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas
• Cleans and sanitizes service and seating areas
• Ensures proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating by routinely checking temperatures
• Stocks supplies or retail products; maintains inventory, orders, or receives products as directed
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Minimum of high school education preferred.

• Ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers and calculators
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and managing refunds
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
