Support Staff Responsibilities

• Assist servers by delivering and removing table needs promptly, maintaining supply levels, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
• Understand our menu thoroughly to assist in timely food delivery and dish presentation.
• Multitask efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and approach tasks with urgency.
• Support the service team to ensure high standards of service, including expediting and maintaining garnishes.
• Monitor ticket times to ensure quick and proper food presentation, coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Proficient use of our KDS system and effective communication with team members.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong team player with emotional intelligence.
• Positive attitude towards change and ambiguity.
• High personal hygiene and presentation standards.
• Ability to remain calm and attentive to detail under pressure.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work in sync with restaurant flow.
• Weekend availability required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
