Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is a women‑led premium coffeehouse brand founded in Ann Arbor, operating successfully for over 29 years.

Our location is in bustling downtown Ann Arbor, surrounded by restaurants and retail. Parking is available in surrounding neighborhoods and bus routes are easily accessible.

• Prepare coffee, tea, and espresso drinks to Sweetwaters standards efficiently.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service.
• Execute accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café at all times.
• Maintain and communicate knowledge of all coffee, tea, and other products offered.

• Strong customer service skills; enjoy coffee or tea.
• Food‑service experience preferred.
• Must be available for nights and weekends.
• Available at least 15 hours per week and at least two weekend shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs.
• Previous experience with cash handling and register systems.
• Positive, upbeat, and authentic customer service attitude.

$15.00–$16.00 per hour (tips included). Minimum of 15 hours per week.
