About the Role: The Busser at La Serre Brasserie in Ann Arbor, MI plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and pleasant dining experience for all guests. This position focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area, supporting servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables, and assisting with the overall flow of service. The Busser contributes to the restaurant’s efficiency by anticipating the needs of both guests and staff, ensuring that the environment remains welcoming and orderly throughout service hours.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Support the team by restocking service stations with necessary supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments.
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow and address any immediate needs.
