Trinity Health - 1200 Earhart Rd [Restaurant Manager] As a Dining Room Supervisor at Trinity Health, you'll:
Assure that food is being served according to established portion and control procedures;
Assist in organizing and setting up special events being held in the dining room;
Receive and solve any food or atmosphere complaints from residents when Dining Room Manager or Assistant is not available;
Assist in checking diet trays before distribution;
Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed according to facility policies.
