About The Big Salad
The Big Salad is an exciting fast casual restaurant that offers gourmet salads, soups, sandwiches and smoothies. Our specialty and focus is on salads. Our guests are able to custom design their own personal salads. The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings - and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Our Salad Chef then 'builds' the salad to the guest's exact specifications - giving the guest The Big Salad unique experience!
The Big Salad also offers signature pre-designed salads - all made to order by our Salad Chefs. A variety of soup and sandwich options complete our healthy menu. The Big Salad prides itself in creating a culture that embraces our team members and guest as family. Our restaurants are about people and the powerful way that great food brings them together.

H.R. Responsibilities- Oversee entire staff and insure job responsibilities are being followed
- Disciplinary interventions & termination
- Training
- Timely resolve team conflicts
- Team Scheduling
- Daily cash deposit procedure
- Ensure all Serve Safe and local health safety guidelines are performed
- Facilities management
- Insure proper procedures are followed for facilities cleanliness
- Insure all store maintenance procedures are followed to support the integrity of the operations
- Insure all equipment is in proper operation
- Responsible for the control of food, labor costs and sales
- Responsible for the restaurant and catering sales volume
- Point Of Sale and petty cash systems procedures are followed
