The Big Salad is an exciting fast casual restaurant that offers gourmet salads, soups, and sandwiches. Our specialty and focus is on salads. Our guests are able to custom design their own personal salads. The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings - and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Our Salad Chef then 'builds' the salad to the guest's exact specifications - giving the guest The Big Salad unique experience!
The Big Salad also offers signature entree salads - all made to order by our Salad Chefs. A variety of soup and sandwich options complete our healthy menu. The Big Salad prides itself in creating a culture that embraces our team members and guest as family. Our restaurants are about people and the powerful way that great food brings them together.

Responsibilities:
- Work 6-8 hour shifts, 4-6 days per week
- Manage daily operation of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Manage catering events
- Complete weekly inventory control
- Adhere to The Big Salad's policies, procedures, and checklists
- Maintain the highest standards of excellence in quality control for food, service, health, and safety
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to motivate and inspire team members
