The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our customers. As Core Staff, you’ll support store operations with a consistent schedule and reliable support for both teammates and fans.

• All other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling experience of at least 1 year in a high‑performance sales environment.
• Developed communication skills that reflect a sense of Care, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule – including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred; typical hours up to 12 per week, increasing to 21 during peak and not exceeding 30 per week.

MI: $12.00 per hour – $13.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
