As an In-Store Shopper, you’ll work on the Store Support team supporting Prime Now customer orders, preparing them for delivery and/or pickup.

While our offerings will continue to evolve, you’ll shop throughout our store for everyday goods including food, household items, and so much more. Having a flexible schedule is key to meeting our customer’s needs. We especially need Team Members who like to work on Saturday and Sunday – our busiest times of the week! Shoppers with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are preferred.

• Shop throughout the store for everyday goods including food and household items to fulfill Prime Now orders.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Use handheld technology (mobile) to fulfill orders.
• Maintain an organized staging area and support a clean, safe work environment.

• Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Average shifts are 4-8 hours long.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand/walk for 6-8 hours; frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort using handheld technology to fulfill orders; detail oriented with strong product and order accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday; other time may be seated.
• Hand use: grasping, fine manipulation; pushing and pulling.
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
• Temperatures from freezing to hot environments as applicable.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Use of tools and equipment, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
• May require use of ladders.

The wage range for this position is $16.00-$25.40 per hour, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers “Whole Benefits,” which may include health insurance, retirement plan benefits, eligibility for a store discount, paid time off, and access to other benefit programs. Eligibility for Whole Benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable Whole Benefits plan at the date of hire.
