What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Managing accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets on a consistent basis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies, utilizing a consultative and value-based approach
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling to C-level executives with a solution-selling approach
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across various departments to achieve shared objectives
  • Capability to develop and execute an account plan and manage change effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with refining sales strategies and enhancing sales team culture
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset
