Distributor Territory Manager (Ohio/Michigan)
Location:
Remote (Territory‑Based). Candidates must live within the territory they support and will travel regularly for customer visits.

The Distributor Territory Manager works with the Distributor Sales team to manage and grow the assigned territory (Ohio, Michigan, Western PA, West Virginia). Responsibilities include educating distributor customers and contractors, overseeing performance, and developing long‑term relationships.
Your Impact- Provide sales training to sales agencies and distributor customers.
- Develop long‑term relationships with specifiers, customers, sales agents, and end‑users to drive demand.
- Oversee and manage the performance of independent sales agencies.
- Develop sales plans in conjunction with agencies and leadership.
- Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and devise strategies.
- Become a market expert on Keystone’s and competitors’ products, pricing, and trends.
- Travel to each market to call on distributors, specifiers, and end‑users.
- Maintain contact with existing customers for ongoing orders.
- Manage contact information for decision makers.
- Participate in trade shows.
- Cold call to develop new business.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales on current and future opportunities.
- Advise product team on market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
- Experience in the lighting industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software; ability to learn new systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization.
- Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.
